Mahavis Company Limited was first registered on 31 August 1979 to engage in real estate business and construction services. In 15 April 1990,  30 million baht had been added to the company's registered capital and established its first project,  "Maung Prasert 1",  located at Laphrao 71 Road. In 12 May 1993,  the company then additionally added a value of 15 million baht  to its registered capital, summed up a total registered capital of 45 million (par value). In 12 May 1994 the company had further added another 55 million baht to its registered capital to accommodate future business expansion.
